heated pools great food
I found the heated pools amazing. 7 Out of 10 were available (i was so excited!). lifeguards always ensured safety. the variety of restaurants was great. I had a choice of 7 or 8 places. the food catered to every taste, wonderful.

Great stay with excellent service
great service clean pools
Reda at the front desk was amazing. he upgraded our room and addressed every issue we had. the multiple pools are clean. They offer various depths suitable for all ages. the beach is mostly sandy, and the sea water is beautiful for swimming. after soho square it is just 5 minutes.
The evening activities were very loud. This made relaxation difficult. the music was constant. the noise impacted our sleep and made it hard to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.

heated pool pool loungers
The hotel had many pools. The main pools were well heated. I also found many loungers by the pools. Staff assisted in finding more when needed.
The cocktails listed on the app were not available. The selection of alcohol was limited. I heard grinding and hammering near the main pool.

repetitive nature disappointing food selection
The family rooms are spacious and comfortable.
I found the food selection to be disappointing (especially since I was really looking forward to the meals). The food was often the same across multiple restaurants, a point I found surprising. The quality did not match what I expected from a hotel of this caliber. The repetitive nature.

fantastic stay
cheerful staff helpful staff reception manager
The staff were always cheerful and helpful. peter, the reception manager, was super. He was very helpful and friendly and ensured my stay was nice. the housekeeping was also great. Waled, the housekeeper, did a good job. i found the variety of restaurants open 24 hours to be very convenient.
The sunbeds were all broken. They could not be tilted beyond 40 degrees, hindering reading.

the beautiful garden view room included adequate space and was cleaned daily. the bathroom provided essential toiletries, and the air conditioning worked effectively. however, the furnishings was dated and worn, showing signs of wear.

clean rooms various food many pools slippery floor rude staff limited drinks
the food is alright and they have many variety. the rooms is very clean and i like the views a lot! the hotel is very large, but its not too busy because there is many pools and places.
the floor is to shiny and they is very slippery. reception staff are rude and abrupt a little. the alcoholic drinks is limited and is egyptian brands only labeled as 'for all inclusive hotels only'.

helpful staff extensive menu great service
the hotel provided a wonderful and lovely family vacation. every staff member seemed helpful, from waiters to the security chief. the team checked camera recordings to find my glasses i lost. the process to check out was smooth and supportive.
the music i heard by the pool had english swear words.

mr. mustafa in the lobby and mr mohamed by the pool offered very professional service. mr eid handled the housekeeping well and mr hossam and mr ahmed sheiba worked hard in the restaurants.
